Well, I was looking for a better, more stable strap for my ukulele and I came across the ukulele bass or u-bass. What the...? I thought.

Well listen for yourself. It sure sounds like a bass to me. A little more portable if you have an amp to plug it into too.

Curious.

Cool.

Willem,

The other instrument is a Jazz ukulele. Also very cool.

Oh Michele, I already own five basses and just recently told someone that I didn't need any more basses. That was until I saw THESE! Gee thanks. My wife just came in while I was watching these vids and said "Looks like trouble."

I'm so sorry Chris. I'm sure your wife will understand. I mean look at them. They are a party starter for sure.

Well if you get one be sure to show it off here.

And since we have photographic proof that you have a ukulele, I'm hoping you'll add a video to the Busking Ukulele songs thread that is now up.

I'm sure the U-Bass is a must have for any bass connissoure. :)

Have fun.

M.

Interesting! So at what point do you think it stops being a ukulele and starts being a little guitar?

My wife (The Hawaiian) says it's an electric guitar missing strings. LOL
It does look like a mini Les Paul.
