This kind of injury repair works best when treated right away and that I'm glad to say is recognised by the professionals.Hey Tom
I posted then .....Then had second thoughts ..... it's a me thing!
I keep forgetting I'm on the internet what I might chuckle at in my head might not suit everyon
:S
I thought the drawings were funny Dermot
PS
Gee how did you manged NHS so quick... that was great.... I thought maybe you'd gone private.
I suppose for operation success, depends on soon after the injury surgury is carried out and that probably
varies depending on the injury.... if you had waited a month.... it may be far to late.
No going back and no chance of getting your hands on my prize possesion.  :laugh:Hey Tom
I'm glad you got it done quickly.
I couldn't have accepted your new guitar!!
Take it easy though.... no going back :S

@Chas: you bar steward! Digging up the only clip on record of Clemence dropping a clanger . At least it was King Kenny scoring (Liverpool team mates). Probably the only way Scotland could score in those days anyway! Bwuhahahaha!
Just to balance things out, there's a clip of a few saves from Clem below. He was my hero. There a few vids on YT showing goalie clangers and all the greats dropped one or two big ones, for sure. Except the great Gordon Banks, as far as I remember. Me drop a clanger? Hmmm, er, can't remember.....
And here's a few nice saves against Scotland too (same game?):
