Recently I watched the epic documentary on George Harrison, "Living in the Material World". Went for over 3 hours (208 minutes) but I loved it. In it, Eric Clapton was asked what he would say to George if he had the chance. "Fancy a cup of tea" was Clapton's reply.

What would YOU say to George?

Anyone ever told you that you look like one of the Beatles; you know the quiet, intense one with the magic fingers, dead?. What's his name? You could really use some sun man.

...

Perhaps whether he knows where Elvis REALLY is.

OK, OK, no rotten tomatoes. I'm am an Aussie after all. :)

... Where's he been?

... What's he working on?

... What music is he into now?

... What's the biggest thing he learned in life; as a muso and in general? Any advice?

... What comes after this?

I would say, "George, you'd be very proud of your son."

I think I would need to let him know he was my favorite Beatle and that his guitar and backing vocals added so much to the band, that they would not have been the Beatles without him.
...then I would just have to ask him to play a song!

I'm with Pete and Mark on this one. Thanks for the music George!

The question I would ask is.......Did you bring a Uke with you?........ Play something,........ anything.

George gave all his friends a ukelele or two, he apparently said, 'you can't have too many Uke's.'

He taught Tom Petty how to play in an afternoon when he turned up at his place with a car boot load!

A true music legend and my favourite Beatle. B)

I'm with the "thanks for the music!" crowd.... and I'd ask him to post a jam session with John.

There again, he did say he wasn't coming back, so I'd ask him if that turned out to be a good call.
