The last few songs that I've downloaded Neil guitar pro tabs too, have defaulted to some kind of accordion. Even when I found and clicked on Acoustic guitar/ nylon or steel string, it still sounds like an accordion.
I'm sure I've changed something in here, but don't know what.

Any help would certainly be appreciated. I hate hearing Mood for a day played on an Accordion.

Could be that midi has been turned on rather than RSE

Pressing F2 toggles betweenthe two.
Look at the status bar at the bottom to see which one is selected.
