Thanks for posting Jim. Having also had the pleasure of meeting Richard, firstly at his factory and then at camp, I was thoroughly impressed by his philosophy on life and the world around him. What Richard doesn't know about wood and trees I'm sure isn't worth knowing. He came across as a rare and special human being with a care for his craft, his environment and his fellow man. I was impressed! Oh, and his company make some very lovely guitars as well. :)

Oh No, Chris! Don't tell us you are already thinking of your next guitar! :)

A bunch of folks from last year's IGC went on a factory tour at Santa Cruz guitars.

I didn't do the tour, but the video with Richard and his pickup truck did bring back memories of his visit to the camp.
