Off topic - need help from an Audiophile

Hello all,
I recently inherited an older, high end stereo system from my best friend's dad.
I thought that I could put it together, but I'm a bit confused. Here is what I have:
California Audio Labs Sigma II - Tube Analog Processor (don't even know what that is)
2 Adcom GFA 565 amplifiers
NAD C-160 stereo Pre-amplifier
Dynalab FT101A Analog stereo Tuner
tons of wires with typical RCA phono plugs
some very heavy duty stereo wire that has been soldered together at one end
2 woofers
2 midrange/tweeters
I'm pretty good at connecting devices that have left/right connectors. The most confusing thing is that the amplifiers each have single inputs (not left and right) labelled "unbalanced".
Can anyone give me some advice?
Thanks,
Lynn
