Hi Chris,

Great gift you received. I find that you can play quite a few different songs which were written for electric guitars. I got a bunch of guitar pro tabs that I can send you if you are interested (I can send them in GP5 for your Tux guitar software).

Looking forward to the first video

Hope you are enjoying the snow.

Say hello to your family for me

Cheers

Marc

Hi Marc, yes, sure please do send, that would be great! Pat and the family are sending their greetings to you... Pat said, Its not the same without you guys being here  , that's for sure. Snow, oh yeah, Mike and Becky are outside shovelling right now as there is about 30 cm blocking the driveway

I forgot to say that you can remove the 6 string, tune it to open G and make a blast with only 3 notes..

I guess you are talking Rolling Stones Willem! Maybe.

Thanks Vanessa, it'll be here for you to play next time over... ;-)

Mark, I can see that already... any advice on what to have and what is not really necessary....?

Chris, Before you go buying a board full of pedals check out the multitude of pedal/plugin effects available (for free) in REAPER or your high-end DAW. I'll bet you'll be suitably shocked what's available. And once you've grown tired of the default plugins I can send you another boatload of plugins I've collected over the years.

Thanks Jean and thanks Daryl, already uploaded a demo version of REAPER, I am up for any plug-ins! So far, I am thinking about guitar effects and looping.....
