I have purchace a couple of individual lessons, one of which I paid for twice. I cannot access them on the site. Whats up with this?

Maybe you need to unlock the flashplayer click on the lock symbol in the URL and give permission and then renew the page.

Thanks for your note and sorry to read you are having trouble accessing your lessons, as Willem mentioned you will most likely need to enable Flash to get the video content to load, we put together a short tutorial on how to do this using Chrome: http://tg-help-videos.s3.amazonaws.com/ ... uitars.mp4
