I suppose you could pay with creditcard, and you would need to follow the instructions when you sign up. Other than that, i wouldn't really know.
As for silver, gold or platina, it really depends on what you want. Each level gives you quite a bit more access to the site, including Totally Keyboards, Totally Vocals and even to IGC videos (the workshops). So figure that out first.
