Today's Update was driven by a recent question on the TG Forum...
March 7, 2025
This week we jumped back into The Eagles catalog with new lessons on New Kid In Town and Joe Walsh's Help Me Through The Night. Coincidentally, a question on the TG Forum brought up double stops on the guitar. The term is just a fancy way of saying play two notes together, unlike a chord, which must be three or more notes together.
This sent me in the direction of songs that use different intervals as part of the harmony. You are probably familiar with most of the tunes referenced but a piece of mine, One Step Beyond, has parts that use almost all the common intervals.
I hope you pick something up from the topics covered.
