This week an unexpected project grabbed me and I had to drop everything and go where it led me. I became obsessed with The Weight by Robbie Robertson and The Band, and particularly a solo guitar version. At first it seemed ridiculous to even attempt, but as it played out I had to make a decision of how many verses to do (there are five). I came to the conclusion that each one was different enough from the others and had to include them all. Let me know what you think. A link to it is above. A couple new lessons were released – Moonlight Shadow by Mike Oldfield and my solo arrangement of The Twelve Days Of Christmas. That is another one where the number of verses may need to be edited down a bit.
