According to my copy of The Beatles Complete Chord Songbook which claims to have the chords and lyrics of just about every song by the Beatles:
ringo gets sole credit for Don't Pass Me By & Octopus's Garden
Ringo & all 4 of them have a credit on Christmas Time (Is Here Again)
and What Goes On is credited to John, Paul, & Richard Starkey

Good job gang!
I think the prize has to go to Mark, even though he couldn't find his White Album. That's the kind of dedication and answers we are looking for around here.
On a different line, I have to take exception to folks speaking badly of Ringo. After all he was not in the least responsible for gems like Why Don't We Do It In The Road or Dig It to name a few. I would even go as far as to say the band would not have had the mass appeal they did without him.
Now, who really wrote Octopus's Garden?
Neil
