Take a piece of fruit from the box marked "Mixed". If it's an apple, then the box is apples, if it's an orange, then the box is oranges. Since the other two boxes are marked wrong you can deduce them from here.
If M is oranges, then the box marked "Apples" has to be mixed and the box marked "Oranges" has to be apples. Conversely if the "Mixed" box contains an apple then the box marked "Apples" has to be oranges and the box marked "Oranges" has to be mixed.
