In this episode of On The Beat we have the weekly news..

Today we reviewed the week's new lessons, Dave Matthews Crash Into Me and Where Are You Going, Pearl Jam Better Man, and Nirvana Polly, as well as the Fly On The Wall where Neil worked with his student Kevinon Crash Into Me.

We talked about luthier Mark Blanchard and his Tamarack model, and Jimmy Page's double neck electric from Gibson, the ESD 1275. There were some student reviews, particularly 2 on different uploads on Bourree by Bach, Good People by Jack Johnson, and Mrs. Robinson by Simon& Garfunkel. We also started a new Drip Feed lesson, Neil's original piece Quicksand.

Hope you enjoy this

Cheers

Matt

Great week of lessons and other assorted goodies! Thanks Mr. Hogan.

I gotta say though, this is just killin' me, man. What is the opening guilty-pleasure ditty? Seems like I've heard it and it is buggin the heck out of me. Contemporary folk? Americana stuff? What the heck is it? How bout another hint?

Still excited about that White Rabbit tease last week, too.
