Trying to Identify this Guitar

I am trying to identify this guitar. I bought it used back in the 1970s and it has sat in my closet for most of that time. Once my amp gave out I stopped playing it. The is no brand name on it and I have never seen anything like it.



As you can see it has all of the basic effects built in, And I can tell you for a fact that they work very well.





After 3 months of searching I know as little now as I knew when I started. At this point I willing to listen to anything. So if you have a third cousin once removed who might have seen one before let me know I am out of ideas.

Les, you need to check the format of your photo. Make sure its jpg and click the browse (img) button bellow to locate it on your computer and attach it to your post.
