Today's On the Beat weekly news wrapup is now live

This week we released 2 more packs of songs- a 5-Pack of The Rolling Stones, including a few bonus lessons from our Intros, Riffs & Licks series, as well as a Jethro Tull 10-Pack, featuring some of the best guitar songs ever written (IMHO). We had a few additions to our Target Program, including Waterloo Sunset by The Kinks, Touch Of Grey by The Grateful Dead, Tangerine by Led Zeppelin, Gravedigger by Dave Matthews, and Teddy Bear's Picnic most recently or notably done by Jerry Garcia and David Grisman on their album Not For Kids Only.

Some Free Lessons were put into the free side of stuff here at TG as well as at our YouTube channel TGFreeLessons. They were I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song by Jim Croce, Ramblin' Man by The Allman Brothers, Lay Lady Lay by Bob Dylan, and a Campfire Version of Waterloo Sunset. Of course most of these have expanded lessons in the Target Program but all of our Free Lessons are complete on their own.

The student review upload channel has been busy as well and we managed to get to 5 reviews. We saw songs by The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, Pearl Jam, and Eva Cassidy. We know how much our Target Members benefit from this section of TG so keep them coming!

Another side of TG that we know our students love is the Fly On The Wall series. These 'Reality Show' lessons shot with live students always offer a new perspective and insight into your musical evolution. This week we saw Ed working on Here Comes The Sun. Next week we have a few more in the pipeline. Be sure to keep and eye out for them.

We also had a few Acoustic Snapshots showing a couple of my favorite teenagers, my daughter Lizzie and near daughter Caitlyn. They brought us music from Ani DiFranco, The Cranberries, and The Indigo Girls.

Next week... a little more Beatles, a popular request on the Recommend A Lesson page, and a song never requested but has appeared in the Busking Channel.

Hope you enjoy

Cheers

Matt
