Hi Everyone,

The Weekly Wrap Up is ready!

http://www.totallyguitars.com/blog/tg-w ... 52012.html

Enjoy!

Once again something old, something new…

This week we added a couple of classics to the Target Program with early Bob Dylan, My Back Pages, and early George Harrison, All Things Must Pass. A possible future classic rounded out the week with an ear-training lesson on Truth, by Alex Ebert. Alex is the lead singer for Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros, a band definitely worth looking into.

The Fly On The Wall lessons added this week were both more theory than song oriented. Fred and I were working on My Maria and got sidetracked into the importance of recognizing and knowing I-IV-V progressions in all the common guitar keys. Sandy and I had spent a little time on creating her own instrumentals and this week’s lesson showed a bit of her progress. These are both very important lessons for everybody to check out.

Next week- a piece I have been hoping to get to since day one but too many obstacles kept popping up. We will resurrect the ‘Drip-Feed’ approach to a level 9 song. Let the guessing (and cheerleading) begin.

Stay Tuned & In Touch

Neil

Great playing on the wrap up Neil, especially the last one.

For the drip feed I would really like either Take five chord solo to complete Ed' s fotw or Mood for a day from Steve how
