Hi Everyone,
The Weekly Wrap Up is ready!
Enjoy!

This week’s quick highlights:
New Target Songs
Joni Mitchell- Big Yellow Taxi
The Eagles- Take It To The Limit
Fly On The Wall- Transitions in Windy & Warm with Sandy
Student Reviews of More Than Words by Extreme and Wagon Wheel by Old
Crow Medicine Show
…and the fun part was putting out some thoughts on improving your
hinge barre technique as well as when I would choose to use a thumb
pick, including a bit on advantages and disadvantages, and then a
whole bunch of bits and pieces of songs I am thinking about doing
lessons on. Many of you should be able to identify some or most of
them but there is one that is probably pretty far off most of our
members’ radar.
If one person can identify all of them I might let the winner pick
which of them gets to bump up a little further in the queue. I can
almost guarantee that if you know the sleeper tune you probably don’t
know most of the others, and vice versa. Rules and decisions
completely subjective and likely to change…
Game on!

Everytime I listen to the news(well wrap up) I loved your playing,,this time I could care less,,(wel I can say that 'cos I really don't know what I say)..what I do know is that everytime I hear A ragtime tune I hear some lyrics (maybe its only me),,they are ''drinkin a bottle of wine''',,

This is a fantastic tune. Actually with vocals it is just amazing. I am going to add my vote for this song. I am fairly sure this will have a high number attached to it though. It looks like a fairly difficult piece with all that is going on, but hey you need to stretch yourself Neil says. :cheer:sbutler wrote:I actually just submitted this as a "Recommended Lesson" if anyone wants to vote on it.Hey Tom, how about this one?

Of Course Willem, your vote always counts man. This one "vexes me". I'm not sure what level it would be. Would love to at least her Neil pitch his 2 cents on it, even if it never became a lesson. For me, its really a great toe tapper.tombo1230 wrote:Would it help if I vote too??
