Hi Everyone,

We have a new Acoustic Snap Shot today!

Our third annual International Guitar Camp was held at the Presentation Center in Los Gatos, California, September 2-6, 2015. Each evening’s Open Mic started with concert sets from some of our instructors. Dave Nachmanoff spent the four days with us and this is his Thursday night set.

Dave Nachmanoff joined the IGC staff last year and was a huge addition to everyone’s experience. We were fortunate to have him back this year, between his hectic schedule of traveling with Al Stewart and working on his own solo projects, and on Thursday night we were treated to a short set of him playing some of his original pieces.

Enjoy!

Dave is such an excellent, integral part of the IGC experience. . Although he is a stellar, highly successful musician, songwriter, performer, he is also able to get down in the trenches with music students of all skill levels, and share his knowledge in a kind, thoughtful, non intimidating way. He was even willing to play along side of us at open mic, acting as our lead guitarist, or whatever we needed, as though we were Al Stewart or something. He is also one of the sweetest guys ever. Thank you Dave Nachmanoff. So glad you are planning to come be with us again next year for IGC 2016. :)

Sandy
