Hello all,

I haven't been in the forum for a little bit, but came across this article and thought to share it.

Some of you likely already have a practice plan which you follow with attention and intention, however I find that this question comes up often with varying answers. This article may give you a different perspective which can change your answer to the question. I think Neil touched on this topic in a past weekly update months ago, however it's good to see it in (virtual) print.

Enjoy.

Excellent article. Wow I guess I need to stop watching TV while I'm practicing and get out my metronome and Video camera and get a little more serious. :S Thank you for the info Victor.
