I hope everybody caught the emails that were sent out this week. We had a special giveaway for one
of my MP3 albums and our buddy Max over at TotallyElectricGuitars.com opened up one of his Beatles
lessons for free.

Around here we ran into a bit of a family emergency but I think the fish will survive now, not so sure
the last few days. In the meantime, I have been taking some time lately to resurrect some really old
pieces, as well as work on some new lessons which now might have to wait a week or two to finish.
Let me know if any of the excerpts from today sound familiar. I think Jet Stream was in there but am
pretty sure another one I have not played since before TG.

By the way, did anybody compile a list of your favorite fictional bands? Or, any that might blur the line
like Spinal Tap…, or guess what Vanessa was cooking up…

Also, keep an eye out for an early bird special for IGC 2017. We are looking at Aug 30-Sep 3, Wed-Sun.

I will try to stay in touch a bit next week but if not we will have a report next weekend.

As I'm sitting here in the airport waiting for my flight home, I can personally attest that at the IGC we certainly did NOT turn the volume down. We were a very noisy lot and loved every minute of it! Maybe next year you will join us?

For several reasons, it's unlikely, I'll mange over next year.
I'd have been at them all if it was a possibility

The plus side is you don't see how bad :dry: my guitar playing is !! :S
