Hi Everyone!
The Weekly Wrap up has just been released!
Enjoy!
https://www.totallyguitars.com/blog/gui ... 16th-2019/
This week TG Central has become temporary headquarters for my partner and globetrotter, Matt Williams.
He happened to come with a long list of songs that he thinks should be lessons at TG. I made attempts at
a couple of them in today’s segment, and probably didn’t identify them all. And of course, some of them
may not be recognizable because I might have just been guessing at the chords.
I spent a little time with thoughts on the Beatles question from the Forum, as well as a few more thoughts on
modes, sparked by Dean’s Eureka Moment thread.
The new releases this week included Kenny Loggins’ Danger Zone, from Top Gun, Three Little Birds by Bob Marley,
and a FOTW lesson with Bill working on Here Comes The Sun.
Matt and I talked a bit about random stuff but the important thing is that we are on our way to a video solution for
everything here at TG, and Matt’s explanation of it follows below.
We’re testing a new video player for Totally Guitars that will replace the current flash experience that can be
problematic for some members. The new player should provide a seamless experience for you…but to make sure,
we’d love your help testing!
While we’re planning to roll out the new player slowly, there’s a bunch of lessons that have been migrated to the new
player already. To make testing easy today, you can experience the new player when you play ANY Cat Stevens lesson.
We believe we’ve found a solution that provides the security we need, a fast, easy user experience plus also a solution
that caters to all types of devices. We want every member to have at least one great option to watch the lessons on
whatever device they have, but it’s fairly standard that some browsers will work better than others and our new platform
promises that it is currently more compatible than Netflix in how it supports different platforms!
So when you test – if you experience any issues, please let us know what device and what browser you were using when
you tested.
Thank you!
Stay Tuned & In Touch,
Neil

Hi Neil and Matt
I have posted three separate comments below, one for each browser I've tried.
Hope this helps.

In Windows 10 - Internet Explorrer 11 doesn't load video, it's just a blank screen.
Also The Lesson Links are inactive.

Firefox Quantum, appears to work fine.
The Quality is good and smooth.
Jumping around in the video isn't bad, there's a small lag before playback resumes.

Nice news guys.... good to hear Matt check in again.
Thanks for the comments on the Beatles question.
I would love to see a couple of Chris Cross songs and that Robert Plant song would be really cool!

For your Woodstock commemorative songs I'd love to see a Richie Havens lesson. Interested in his tunings, rhythm patterns, strumming. Pick any song that could tell the story on Havens' unique sound.
