On The Beat - Episode 596 - Weekly Guitar Video News Wrap Up February 5, 2021

Hey Folks,
Our first update fro February is live now-
February 5, 2021
I am kind of liking starting these videos with some improvising. I hope it is not getting tiresome. After a little noodling today, I had some news on our next Hummingbird adventure, which is starting under the same awning outside the studio, and a visit to one of our ukulele lessons, which I may re-shoot or add to someday, I’ll See You In My Dreams.
If you have been following my recent tangents, you already know about my newly re-found John Fahey path. This week it brought me to a lesson on Spanish Two-Step, which I hope you have as much playing as I do. We also had Max’s lesson on Sex Type Thing by The Stone Temple Pilots and Vanessa’s take on (‘Til) I Kissed Youby The Everly Brothers.
Next week we will see a new Beatles arrangement by Doug Young and more Fahey. I also hope for some more requests for Beatles arrangements. I recently got a request for Penny Lane, so put on those thinking caps and let me know.
See you next week,
Neil
