November 25, 2022

This holiday week was completely different than any other year in Hogan family history. Details are in the Update, along with some improvs on Christmas tunes. Most of this was inspired by new lessons and packs added to the TG library. The week started with a sing-a-long version of I'll Be Home For Christmas and a very basic solo version of Auld Lang Syne, I hope some of the beginning fingerpicking students give it a try.

We also are wrapping up a weekend sale on Christmas Packs, with all of them being 50% off through Monday. Other than that, I have to cut this a little short and tend to the smoker as we are getting ready for the big family Thanksgiving a day late.

See you next week,

Neil

Neil

Interesting weekly news.
The Auld Lang Syne lesson looks good.

Don't worry about the tough stretches, just ask Santa for a saw to shorten your fretboard !

Happy Thanksgiving

:D

Hello Neil,
Will you be playing in the annual Christmas program for the community this year?

Hey Bart,

Great to hear from you! I have finally figured out how to retire from the Los Gatos Tree Lighting Ceremony after over 20 years. Now folks organizing it opened the door and I took advantage of the opportunity to opt out. More time to create Christmas lessons for TG now.

Well, that stretch. Now I know you know how the rest of us feel :D . I'm seeing this late so I hope the Turkey turned out well for everyone.

Happy Holiday wishes to your entire family Neil. And by the way, I'm heading to Morocco tomorrow to visit the grand's . Do you need a new goat horn pick? I'm sure the last one wore out. :D

Hey Scott,

Have a great trip and thanks for the offer but we just happen to be overstocked on goat horns today.
