Lately there have been some great requests for lessons on the Forum, and I check them all out. A couple recent requests became topics for discussion this week. One started a foray into where you have heard augmented chords, and the same song used thirds in the key of C on the top two strings. This was the Billy Swan song I Can Help. This subsequently turned into almost a full lesson on the tune.
A request for I'll Be Back is on the table as well, but I need to flesh that out a bit and decide how difficult will be reasonable and accessible to many students.
New lessons this week included my solo arrangement of Bus Stop and Nesh's lesson on In My Dreams by REO Speedwagon.
We are really thrilled with the response to our 3-Minute Challenge and I hope to see a lot of weekly reports added to the thread for posting your results.
I ended this video with an update on The Twelve Days Of Christmas, and a stab at O Holy Night, morphing into Frosty and Jingle Bells. I might be running out of Seasonal material...? NEVER!
