These are a lot of fun! And I know that Shel's thread has inspired me the last few days to have more fun with my guitar, playing some easy strummers.

Daryl- I liked both of your vids! I don't remember your contest entry, but it was well done! And I really liked your duet with Amy Walker. I can't decide what I think about her- I can see both the creepy and the gorgeous- but I definitely think she's got a nice singing voice. The two of you work well together ;)

Cori and Krista- awesome performance!! I hadn't heard that song in a long time (or Been Caught Stealin'!) and it sure brought back some memories. I bet your hand was cramped up after that- it looked like a major workout.

Ness- As always, great performance! You really channeled The King there!

You're a sweetheart! (And yes you had a very great rhythm going in your vid, very very good!! btw did you notice your Illinois-cup in the background? It has a spot in my house you know! ;) )

Blowing In The Wind (G C D Em).

Real quick and dirty. One take. No DAW. No effects. No mixing. Pretty barebones except for the little help from Katie Melue and friends. ;-)

How many roads must a man walk down, before you call him a man?
How many seas must a white dove sail, before she sleeps in the sand?
How many times must the cannonballs fly, before they're forever banned?

The answer my friend, is blowin in the wind. The answer is blowin in the wind.

How many years can a mountain exist, before it is washed to the sea?
How many years can some people exist, before they're allowed to be free?
How many times can a man turn his head, and pretend that he just doesn't see?

The answer my friend, is blowin in the wind. The answer is blowin in the wind.

How many times must a man look up, before he can see the sky?
How many ears must one man have, before he can hear people cry?
How many deaths will it take 'till he knows, that too many people have died?

The answer my friend, is blowin in the wind. The answer is blowin in the wind.
The answer my friend, is blowin in the wind. The answer is blowin in the wind.

PLEASE NOTE: If video was recently uploaded it will not work yet. YouTube will need a little more time to get the video ready. Please check back again soon.

M.J.- Hey, Thanks buddy! Glad you you had a good time, man. I enjoyed hearing about your electric guitars in the other post. Any
chance you can fire one up for us in 2-4 chord thread here! Love to hear it, man! :)

Vanessa-You're welcome & quite deserving of it! (the praise I mean) :) :) I missed the Illinois cup, that's sweet of you. Miss ya! :(
I hope all is going well for you!!

Suzi-Awesome Performance, well thank you very, very kindly my good friend & fellow Wisconsin Jugband-mate/Gen. X devotee!
It occurred to me that a lot of folks wouldn't know this song...but I thought that if you were to see this... chances of you being
down with it were quite high! (You and I have a pretty fair ratio going of songs we have mutually favorable opinions of.)
Miss you too! Hope the fam is doing well.

Daryl- How do you get all these pretty ladies to accompany you? (Sorry dumb joke.) That's as good a version of Blowing In The
Wind, that I can remember hearing. You get some pretty sweet tones outta that Ovation.

Well, I just got home and listened to all these 3- 4 chord songs. Great job everyone

Daryl - Nice job all around. Cool the way you can do the split screen stuff

Cori/ Krista - Not familiar with the song but my wife was and said it sounded spot on, so way to go.

Vanessa - Thank you, thank you very much!

What can I say? I'm a sweet talkin' kind a guy. (If you only knew)

Yeah I thought it was a great version too. That wasn't my Ovation I was playing. I got me a new guitar.
