George I agree one of NY better songs around. Well payed, only comment I would make is you need to drone that Drop D more on the Intro and fills and let it ring and then it would be fairly spot on!
Thanks my friend, very much appreciated.

Cheers,

George

Hi G..absolute a big tune from Neil,,its up here as a target lesson,,never nailed it myself,,must try it again..

the hardest transition is on 2.10(on the D) most people are a bit cheating there,,i wish i could do it like you,,well on this moment..

When you put up here a NY song they always comment on the strumming,,there was NY special in his own way and hard to cover(i heard)

Thanks, great it was..
Thanks Willem, very much appreciated.I am one of Neil Young's biggest fans.

Cheers,

George

Hi George,

Thanks for your comment on 'Old Man'.
I enjoyed your version of 'Harvest Moon' as well. You've definitely got Mr. Young's range in your voice!

I had the busking hat on- so why not??
I also had an earlier version uploaded without vocals- so here's an update.

Played on my GS Mini Mahogany tuned half a step down so I could sort of sing it!

Thank you to Neil Hogan for all the new Neil Young on TG!!

Comments welcome.

For fun- I found my first version of this song from December 24th of 2009!!
I'd say there's no doubt that TG has helped my playing, and my confidence.
:)
I'm also really glad I'm wearing a different shirt

Al, it's spooky how much you sound like Neil Young. Terrific job on this song, and your new little Mini 'hog sounds great.

Al,

So cool.

You look relaxed, in time, and like you are enjoying yourself.

Thank you!!
