Great playing Daryl!

One of the reasons I like George Harrison's guitar playing so much is that he does so much with just a few notes. I think you really captured that aspect.

Keep up the good work!

David

To follow up with Daryl's challenge to give a try on the Something solo, I decided to add the strumming section to play the whole thing at once. I added my voice which is a definite step down from the original :)(but John is giving the count down) , of course, but I am still trying to improve on that aspect. The solo that Daryl played was a match to the original, I am not there yet but I learning new stuff every time I try. Any suggestion will be welcome.
Marc

Marc, Way to go. That was great! Thanks for rising to the challenge. You did a great job. Excellent work on the solo. Did you have fun doing it? And your singing is coming along too. One comment (and you probably already know this) but at 1:40 in the walk down (getting back to the verse) the notes (I believe) should be: on the 5th string- 3rd fret, 2nd fret, open, and then on the 6th string- 3rd fret, 1st fret, open. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey Marc great work mate. You did a really good job of learning that lead so quickly and overall it sounded terrific. Kudos for adding the strumming and vocal as well. Always a treat to see your videos. Daryl, I am keen for the challenge but not likely to rise as quickly as Marc has! Great initiative from you, and well done again Marc.

Marc, What are the 2 chords you are playing (after the G) at 0:25? BTW I loved how you swept UP on the Cmaj7 chord. Sweet.
