I still hold hopes of visiting Switzerland some day, to go see the village that my grandfather came from. A detour to visit with Chris will be a must.

Thanks to everyone who is following us right now and commenting!
Well, the girls arrived safely and we spent two hours chatting on the balcony of their hotel room which just seem to zip by in minutes, helped along by some fine white wine gespritzes. Seemed like we were already old friends for years, which in a way we already are. Then it was down to the lake for dinner and jamming on a floating dock and a fabulous late-night swim in the bath-tub warm water and singing 'til midnight. Wonderful evening and start to our get-together.
