YEH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was having withdrawals.

Well WHAT a powerful performance! My GOSH! I didn't need a translatin to know how sad it was and full of intense longing. All of that come through loud and clear in the sensitivity and intensity of your playing, singing and expressions. You've still got it, superstar. :) :) :) :) B)

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED hearing you sing the whole thing in Dutch. I'm actually wondering whether that in fact added to the intensity of your performance too.

Your voice sure hasn't suffered for the month of no singing either, well your singning was great.

I'm glad you're back on the horse. Now the universe feels a bit more balanced. B) :) :)

Thanks for the fantastic start to my day. Eventhough it's a sad song, I'm smiling big.

Yeh!

Ness:

That was a nice sounding tune.... ;) I love the chord progression and the strum. Just a sweet rhythm.... B)

I love songs like that. I don't speak dutch, but listening to the vocals with the music was very pleasing. Thanks for sharing something new, for me anyway... :)

Cori: Heeeeeeey my friend :) :) :) :) , I miss you TOO, BIG TIME! It's been way too long and you're wáy too far away..... :(.........but how great for you to check out the video, needless to say I'm really happy that you enjoyed it, THANK YOU!! :cheer:

Daryl: Yeah, sad indeed :( :( . Must be the weekend for it ;) , 'Getting over you' is such a sád song as well, at least to me...thanks Daryl!

Tom N.: Aaaaaah Tom, that's really really great to hear! B) I thought I had lost it, I mean the nerve, or whatever you call it....like I said, the longer you wait (to record something), the harder it gets. Still not completely over that feeling, but hey it's a start right?! ;) Thanks so much Tom, really glad that it came across as it did!

Craig: In any language???! :cheer: Phew, haha!! Thanks Craig, you're sweet!!

Marc: Hey Marc, thanks for dropping by. And yes, I'm better, thanks. I had some sort of a cold for weeks and weeks :X , gosh that sucked big time  . But it's over now, at least let's hope so  ! Very pleased to read that it was touching, you just don't know, you know, with another language blah blah. Thanks again Marc!

Michele: Aaaaaaaah Shel, fantastic start of your day??? That's so thrilling to read!!! :cheer: :woohoo: No translation needed?? You're a sweetie! I'm so glad that the emotion and intensity of the song came across as it did.....And yes, I do absolutely lóve to sing in dutch, for me it does add something to it. We actually have fantástic songwriters over here! :cheer: Anyway, thanks so much!! :) :) :)

Buddy: Hey Bud, thanks for checking it out! And yeah, playing music is such a great way to express emotions, as you very well know, also thanks for your concern Bud, that's really sweet!

Bob: Oooooh, smiling big here! Thanks so much Bob, so very nice to read!! :) :)

MJ: Hey Jason, thanks man! I agree, I love the chord progression and strum too, it's so 'simple', yet so effective. In this one it's of course really the melody which completes the song. So singing it can be a challenge, and also the crescendo and decrescendo effect, is só important, it's amazing how by adding that how great a particular song becomes. Oh, I'm rambling, haha  :P ! Anyway, very happy to read that you've enjoyed it, thanks J.!! :)
