Not sure what to make of that. I actually liked the song, but I must admit I was hoping to see the real Bear.

Well I applaud Bud's efforts to lighten things up a bit. I hope my good mate Rick sees the funny side of it and we can move on.

I had a couple of tips though:

1. Bear you need to sit up straight in order to give your vocal chords a chance to work. You were drowned out a bit by Bud because you were slouching quite badly.
2. Check the angle of your guitar, you need to get a much better grip on it as well. You can see from the video that Bud has a very firm grip on it. (His guitar that is)
3. Can I suggest a DDUUD strumming pattern would work better. You guys seemed to be using DUD.
4. When doing a duet you need to establish a real connection with your partner. I can't recall seeing you look at Bud even once.

A reasonable effort, although clearly a work in progress.

I think Bear was distracted, possibly by a furry female bear since Bud seemed to be doing most of the singing and Bear kept looking away off camera.

Note to self: When filming, keep all good looking female Bears out of the studio.

Buddy,

Very clever and funny. I had a good laugh which was your intent. No hard feelings I hope.

I still think you're a great guy and nothing has changed that. I'd still love to sit down and belt out some old country tunes with you anytime. Or share a beer or three!

Thanks for the humor!

There you go guys..... that collaboration is one big step closer!
You are two big guys who just became a size bigger in my eyes.

...er Buddy, just don't let Bear see that stuffed Bear photo of yours....

It is good to be able to have a laugh at yourself :)
