A great cover of a great Canadian band by a couple of pretty cool and talented Canadians. Loved it. Still love that voice Tammy and Al, you were both terrific. I sang along. That song gives me a chill, don't know why but I really dig it.

Me too. I've watched Tammy and Al, together with Joan several times. I am struck by the fact that a song about the American Civil War, one I am sure is quite an Anthem down in the South of the USA, was written by a Canadian.

I just had to go back and listen again, as something bugged me about your cover... Not in a bad way I might add... But I discovered that you sing a hybrid version - a combo of Robbie Robertson and Joan Baez version. See if anyone else can work that out...
