Cover of Heard it Through the Grapevine.

PLEASE NOTE: If video was recently uploaded it will not work yet. YouTube will need a little more time to get the video ready. Please check back again soon.

I have been wanting to do something with a little more blues/R&B type feel to it and I ran across this song and fell in love with it. Hope you enjoy it,

Bud

Man, Buddy, that was stunning again! Fabulously performed. I'm used to strumming and singing but that looks really tricky and you made it look easy... and sound so cool. Your voice and the vibe on this is sensational!

That was definitely a departure from your other videos, and I commend you on trying some new and different. I would suggest slowing it down a bit so the notes can ring out a bit more clearly. Regarding the singing, not much to say other than well done. I do wish I could sing like you, Tammy and Chris.

Got up this morning and HAD to listen to that again. If ever a voice was at home in a song... this is it. Just fabulous and many levels!

Very impressive. Well played and a perfect song for your voice. But I agree with Jay - a little slower would be better. This is a really sad/upsetting/emotional song and your version is a bit too upbeat (IMHO).

Chris, Thanks so much for your responses on this. You know how it is when you are trying something new and are not sure how to go with it but your feedback has really made my day.

Jay and Daryl, Thanks for the input on this. I tried doing it slower but it just did not have the feel I was looking for so I went with this timing on it and it just felt better for me.
