In a review of River Of Life, Neil mentioned that the song was very short and that it might be a good idea or expand the song out by making up our own parts with the same chord progression.
I've made up 3 new parts here to go with the original 2. It pads the song out to a nice length

Mark - WAY TO GO!
Great job taking the framework and building on it. I know you have been working on your own compositions a bit already and this is how most pieces start coming into the world. A song of mine that started in this manner is The King's Masque. I was trying to follow a simple progression and create some variations with a Renaissance flavor. Unfortunately, this made for a pretty difficult piece that I can barely remember right now...
Again, congratulations and keep up the great work,
Neil

I think you can take Neil's word for it Mark... that was really good! . Well done.
Maybe we should call this the "Hair Thread" LOL
I had nice long hair myself, now I work on a Military base and if I want any respect, then I have to look like it. At least I still have my beard and moustache.
Nicely done. I like how you integrated the new parts in and created something new. Keep it up!
