Hi Daryl, I don't think I did this right but I put my 4 chord recording of Me and Bobby McGee here on your thread. Key of C: chords are C, F, G7, C7

That was very nice. I noted that you appeared to be strumming without a pick?

Thank you Ness, Willem, Jay, and Bob for your sweet compliments.

You're right Jay, I usually do strum without a pick but I've made myself learn to use a pick this year, and I'm finding that It's not that easy. :)

That was nice to listen to Sandy! I did the same last few months, learned to use a pick instead of fingers for strumming... and its not so easy at first... especially the up strokes.

Yes Chris, and trying to pick individual strings. It's going to take a while to get a sense of where the strings are without looking. :)

Well done Sandy!! :) That was great. I also had a smile on my face watching this.

I think nearly everyone has sang this song at least once in their lifetime. A real favourite.

Thank you Tom.

I'm afraid that I impulsively recorded myself singing a song, and then posted it before I came to my senses. Then later I said to myself What on earth was I thinking?

Wow. I guess I'm having a little posters remorse. :)

Hi Kevin. Thank you for the vote of confidence. Its a great song and it sounds like everyone still remembers how to sing and play it. I think it was written by kris kristofferson. Apparently it was originally recorded by Roger Miller in 1969. The version I remember was sung by Janis Joplin.
