It’s been awhile since I’ve uploaded something. “On TG Again” doesn’t count because you didn’t get to see my smiling face. ;-)

I fell in love with this song last year (thanks Jason) and finally got around to learning it. I got a pretty accurate piece of sheet music to work with (thanks Vanessa) and this is what I came up with. It’s fairly close but not quite right. So if anyone wants to practice some ear training please help me out here and let me know what I got wrong. I also thought Claire’s voice would be perfect for this song and asked if she would do me the honors of singing (thanks Tom)….and WOW was I right. I get shivers down my spine each time I hear Claire singing this song. I absolutely LOVE her performance here. I’ve also included a video of the original song for those who’ve never heard it before.

Daryl and Claire,
Wow! Simply beautiful. It sounds identical to the original to me. You two nailed it. I'm totally impressed.

Wow... it's hard to describe the visceral peace created by such a performance. I think Craig said it well... "Simply beautify".
I really love it when guitar and voice combine to make one "feel" a song. Great job by both of you on this one.

Perfection!!! Just beautiful. Claire is awesome and her voice and performance is so sweet and sensitive. Really moving. Congrats on a fine peace of work and great musicianship. A powerful song that can be taken to new places and reinterpretted. Guitar is spot on and just right.

Daryl, This is really top notch. I really like what you did with the guitar arrangement on this as well.
