Here is a bluesy rendition of House of the rising Sun. I improvised some guitar leads on a second guitar track to spice it up a little.

Let me know what you think, Bud

That was killer good, Buddy! :) :) :)

In my opinion, number two on your all-time list...

1.) Long Black Train

2.) House of New Orleans

I totally dug this!! Your voice suits this so well. And I loved that perfect eerie minimalistic
backing track. Did you perform the backing track or is that a rare find?...either way, suits the song perfectly. Really, really, really cool!

Thanks a bunch Corey for the comments on this tune. I improvised the the eerie guitar track on my guitar. I played that track all on the E string to give it a mandolin feel.
Glad you enjoyed this, Bud

Hi Bud I like the mandoline feel but I can't place the blues feel(only that it is a 6/8 tune) maybe I am wrong...

Great arrangement, of and old classic.

You sure got the pipes for this song. Nice improvising through the song.

Bravo!!

Howdy WIllem, Glad you enjoyed this, the blues feel is more in the feel of the song along with the lead that I added. Probably not technically a blues song based on the timing and tempo. Bud

Well done Buddy, you certainly made that your own! :)
I was almost expecting a big eerie type of laughter at the end with lots of reverb on it.

I have heard this song performed many ways, but you took the tune to new places in an interesting and entertaining way. Kudos to you Buddy.

That was great! :)
