Happy Holidays everyone!

At the IGC, Jason (Music Junkie) and I were discussing our shared fondness for Jackson Browne's music, and he brought up a song I had forgotten about - Something Fine, from JB's first album. It's been on my to-do list ever since, and with the help of a tab Jason was kind enough to email me, I'm now finally able to take a swing at it. Thanks Jason!

Jeff

Jeff,

Nice work! A solid effort all the way around! I'm not familiar with the song but I like the tune. Your playing and vocals seemed very relaxed. Well done!

Well done! Was the guitar pure acoustic (i.e. not plugged in)? Your vocals were very clear and well balanced with the guitar. How did you get the balance so good?

Jeff,
I was excited to see this in the forum and it did not disappoint. You always deliver your songs so well. I have been playing around with Ness's lesson on 'Running on Empty' a little bit. Anyway, awesome job. I always like your performances.

Jeff,

What a great job! I enjoyed this soooooo much.

You must have listened to JB a lot because you even have the phrasing of your words down like JB does. Thank you very much for sharing this video, it reminds me how much I have liked his music over the years...

Hey Jeff,
that's one of my favourite JB tunes and I think your performance was also 'Something fine.'

Great job altogether. :)
