Chris - Thank you. "Sunny and warm" not "melancholly with sad and reflective undercurrents"? You must be in a good mood. It's interesting what people are hearing in my doodle. And thanks for the offer to sing. If I (or others) can come up with some lyrics and we need someone to sing for us, you'll be our go to guy.

Hi Daryl,

I have finished writing my version of your tune. Claire has learned the song in the last hour and we can
Video record it on Saturday as she is working late tomorrow, otherwise we would have done it tomorrow.
Hope this is ok? I am pretty excited about this having heard it sung. B) :)

Tom - You "hope this is OK"? Heck, if you do it next week it would be GREAT! The fact that my doodle has inspired you to write a melody and lyrics is FANTASTIC! And to have Claire on board - that makes it DOUBLE FANTASTIC. I'm excited to hear what you've come up with. Thanks for jumping in!!!!!

And Tom, you're gonna have to learn how to play the doodle too!

Thanks for starting this thread Daryl. I don't often get the chance to collaborate on the making of a song. Usually I just doodle and come up with something on my own, but this has taken me slightly out of my comfort zone because I have to work to someone elses creation, so that stretches me. I have had a blast doing this so it's all good.

I hope you like what we are going to do with your tune. :)

Yay Willem! Either my guitar part is too loud or your part is too soft. But what I could hear was nice. Keep at it!
