Wow, that was so beautifully played and sung, Bill. I had no idea there were about a thousand chord changes in the song. My only wish is that the guitar were a little louder so that I could hear everything you're doing.

Bill,

All of the songs you have posted recently have been very solid. Both playing and vocals. Out of curiosity, do you play publicly? Open-Mics? Approximately how many songs would you estimate you could play from memory? Also, I'm curious about the use of the thumb pick. Is that something you always use? Have for years? ... Sorry, I know that's a lot of questions...

Thanks,

Craig

Thanks Dennis,
There are a lot of changes. It took awhile to learn that song. I'm sorry about the low volume. You can watch Neil's lesson and get all of it.

Thanks Craig.
I used to play out and am gearing up to do it again. I probably have 50 songs I can play by memory with another 20 or so if I applied myself (although age is taking its toll). I've used a thumb pick for over 40 years.
Thanks for your feedbackI
Bill

That was a great job Bill, really liked it. And I was thinking, you could do a Bruce Springsteen song really well with your voice... which I really like the sound of. Nice post!

Thanks Chris,
What Springstein song did you have in mind? I've never really tried any of his stuff.

Hi Bill,

Great performance on that tune. As Dennis mentioned quite a few quick chord changes and you seemed to do them very well.

Thanks for your posts

Bob
