I went to a guitar camp in the state of Washington last week. I wrote this song one morning and performed it the following night at the student concert. It's called "It Was a Gateway Drug". It's legal in Washington. Still have that guitar camp "high" and wondering if there are any openings at IGC?

Jim, That was just FANTASTIC. Everything is so improved. While you were focusing on singing and words and the melody, your guitar playing (strumming and chord changes) were on autopilot. Way to go! Great song. Love the line "....I went looking for more". Thanks for posting and I hope there's a slot for you at IGC.

Hi Jim that was great. I loved the lyrics. You keep really improving on your guitar playing. My guess is that there will always be room for Neil's TG family at IGC. :)

Totally agree with Daryl Jim, you're doing really well! Very much enjoyed your song too. You gótta play that one at IGC! I'm sure there is a spot available. Have you tried to sign up? http://internationalguitarcamp.com/join-us/ (I've send you a pm with the promo code. Hopefully that came through, otherwise let me know.)

Awesome job Jim!

btw Would love to read a report of the camp you've attended, the Puget Sound Guitar-Camp?

For example:

1 What kind of classes did you attend?
2 What was the highlight?
3 What did you learn as in, what did you take away mostly?

etc. etc. ;)
