Daryl-hope thing are OK ???
It’s been a while. Some of you know why. Anyway, I had a moment of inspiration this week and thought I’d learn how to play “Yesterday”. Here’s what I came up with. I found someone on the internet who somehow isolated the string quartet portion from the original song. So I simply played along with the strings. On the video here, it’s just me playing guitar (although I double tracked the guitar part) and the original strings. There are no other instruments being played. And since I can’t sing, I asked my long time phantom singing buddy to do me the honors. He did a FANTASTIC job! I hope you like it.

Chris,Really nice work Daryl! Perfectly played and mixed too. The Phantom has a sore throat this morning, but it was worth it . More please

WOW! Outstanding collaboration!!
I really liked your guitar playing, together with the strings it sounded just wonderful.
To hear that Phantom sing is always a treat!
Together you two are a Golden combination and collabs like this, are balm for the soul...
Looking forward for many more to come :cheer:

Wow. That was really excellent. Loved it. I didn't read your intro initially so didn't realize that Chris was part of this project. Your mastery of the technical aspects of long distance collaborating is nearly as impressive as your guitar playing.
I am curious about your lack of singing. I respectfully ask "why not?"
