Hi everyone,

It's been a little while since we've posted a new song. I guess we've been preparing for camp, going to camp, recovering from camp re-entry, ... oh! and the work thing (me only).

David actually wrote most of the lyrics for this some time ago. For reasons known only to David it was originally called 'Fish Song'. Anyway, there was a bit of a Fish Song theme happening during the songwriting sessions and so inspired by the guys' "it sucks to be a fish"-song, we decided to get this project off the ground.

Also inspired by camp, we've had the pleasure of being joined by a couple of friends on this one.

And because videoing sucks (just like being a fish, no... worse!) we decided to take advantage of the camp influences and use photos from our trip during parts of the videos.

A big thanks to our two special guests. It was a lot of fun.

We hope you enjoy it.

Nothin’ to Confess

Some things I need, gonna write me a list
I could disappear tomorrow and never be missed
Stand on the corner and hitch me a ride
Which way i’m going i don’t have to decide

Speak to the man with the big supplies
Ask him to make me gentle and wise
Send me bread, send me fish,
Don’t need no money to make me rich

Take me to the river and give me a boat
Buy me a label to put on my coat
Take me to the door and give me a key
Just don’t give up on me

Take me to the station and give me a ticket
Hand me that banjo and teach me how to pick it
Put me on a bus down in Mexico
Drive me to the ocean and let me go

Give me a ring and drive me to the church
Put my picture on a poster and start the search
Go get a pen and write up the story
You can use my name, and keep the glory

If i see my face on the evening news
It won’t upset me, i won’t get the blues
But if they want the secret of my success
That won’t ever happen, I‘ve got nothing to confess

Gonna go upstairs and pack me a case
Put some money in my pocket and leave this place
Find me a street with my name on the sign
Go live there for a length of time

Wait for a day that’s bound to come
I’ll step outside in the evening sun
Wear that hat with the brim turned down
Go meet my girl at the edge of town

TZZ, that was another AWESOME collaboration! I have to say, that it really has the TZZ signature on it, meaning that you two got some sound going in your songs that immediately tells me that it's a TZZ song. And this one has it written all over it. I'd say, that's a great thing for sure!

I'm with Daryl, a great production all around, you sounded fantastic!

Thx so much Chris, Daryl, Kev and of course Ness !! It has been a while since our last new video so it is always a bit nervy putting them out there. A few weeks ago this was just a set of lyrics we didn't get round to using at the end of last year, so my thx as always to the australian zombie for making this so much fun to put together.

And special thanks too this time to Corina and Bill... i love your harmonies and this song wouldn't sound complete now without you. :) :)

Very soothing ... it'll go well with a frozen umbrella drink! (I think I just planned my Sunday evening!) ;-) Thanks for sharing! I may have to post our fish song ...
