I see others have been including their practice content in their posts so I will follow suit... I am making it a habit to start all of my practice sessions with a warm up consisting of my 2 major scale shapes. 2 octaves, ascending and descending. Sometimes I add some ascending/descending scales in triads and saying the scale degree out loud as I play.. This almost always takes up the required 3 minutes. From there I go on to play a few of my back pocket songs so they don't get rusty. The last 2 weeks I've been playing through my Christmas Songbook, which came in handy when I was at my sister's house for Christmas. (She has a guitar as well, so I didn't have to skip any days!!) I have also been studying a bunch of music theory, but not sure if that counts as "practice" so I haven't been counting those minutes for this challenge project.
