A Kiwi to the rescue. (Edit) Just vote here in fairness to Tony. Comment on his as to why you are what you are lol.

Apologies to Tony didn't actually mean to steal his thunder.

Is there anyway for us to delete a thread when we do something wrong? I can't recall ever seeing this anywhere.

Probably not a big surprise that I voted for Beatles. And it probably goes way back to the beginning when you were either or. Years later to learn they were actually friends shocked into listening to the Stones, and today I envy on long the have lasted as a band.

I had to pick BOTH. I remember after listening to the first few Beatles tunes, I had the feeling that I was listening to something very special. I had no idea though just how special it would really be in the years to come.
The Stones were just a fun band to listen to. After a few years, I was sure that The Stones wouldn't last much longer, but the Beatles would last forever. lol Now one of the things I admire most about The Stones is that they have lasted so long.

In my younger days I was definitely a Beatles fan. It was kind of liking Chevy's over Ford's for me. I thought we needed to pick one. And now I still go more for the Beatles, but I do enjoy the Stones.
