I give West Side Story the nod because all the songs were written specifically for the stage production. While the other two movies have great music in them, they just chose songs that had already been recorded.
I always feel like my memory subroutines are off line when these sort of questions are asked. I must have terrible recall. Any way I LOVE the Big Chill album. it always gets me singing and dancing around the house.

And at the risk of rebelling myself as a BIG dag ( like you didn't know that by now), I'll add:

- The Sound of Music - I know all the songs and can't stop myself from singing them. Sue often threatens to buy the movie.
- Calamity Jane - for the best hidden woman loving woman song - A Woman's Touch.
- Hairspray.
- Blues Brothers.

1) The Graduate
2) Hair
3) Any movie that Harry Nilsson contributed to (includes Reservoir Dogs, Goodfellas, Popeye, Midnight Cowboy, and a huge long list of less notable movies with nothing much to say for themseleves other than that someone had the sense to use his music).
3) Harold & Maude

Rocky Horror Picture Show

especially Meat Loaf bursting through on a motorbike singing Hot Patootie

Oh, and Chess The Musical. "I know him so well" is one of the saddest songs and sooo beautiful *sniff

Tough question and great ones listed already, but off the top of my head, Forest Gump had a great variety of very cool 60's and 70's music.
