Elvis Costello that is. I have been in a real Beatles mood...bet I'm not alone there. Anyway, I was checking out Neil's lesson on Penny Lane. That led me to check out YouTube. That led me to check out this great clip of Elvis singing in the White House with Paul in the Audience. (Together with the President).

Check it out. I think it's a cracking cover of a great tune.

What a wonderful, kinda oddball performance ... I'm tempted to make an "obama-di, obama-da, life goes on, bro !" pun, but I will refrain.
