Martin I REALLY like that. Back Door Slam eh? I'll be checking out some more. They remind me of another UK (Scottish) blues band I'm right into, The Nimmo Brothers. Hey with the link, just copy the link from Youtube and paste it directly into the forum and it will come up. Thanks for posting that.

Wiley that's cool I liked it. I admire anyone who can stroll up onto the stage nearly halfway through a tune and just pick it up like that. Walt has a strong voice and I reckon there's no doubting where he comes from! I like Bobby's style also. Thanks!

Here's someone I came across on YouTube, completely by accident. I shared on another thread a video of Devon Sproule doing a loose interpretation of Neil Young's "Don't Let It Bring You Down" in a pub somewhere. But this one on the front porch is really remarkable (enhanced, of course, by her having chosen the right guitar). Maybe some of you in the Northeast of the US, where she seems to play regularly, will get a chance to check her out in person sometime.

I am probably the only person on the planet who did not know until today who Amanda Palmer is. But, just in case there are a few others left, here she is in what is apparently her element:

Pink Floyd meets Bluegrass !

May I present a few samples of "Luther Wright and the Wrongs" take on "The Wall", named "Rebuild the Wall" (the album has 26 tracks, like the original).
