Here's an example of playing a Taylor properly Brian Egert.
Granted- he could probably make ANYTHING sound good though!
Enjoy.
And get back to practicing!!!

Brian Egert. EXCELLENT fingerstyle artist.
Hi Al , he sure sounds good. I think he is very accurate on his strumming, hitting only the correct strings for the chords and his slides and hammer ons are very clean and with the right intensity so it does not distract from the rest . I pleasure to listen. The Nora Jones smooth jazzy sound is very well respected.
Thanks
Marc

I like everything about his playing, and his recording technique.
He only has about 9 uploads and not many views yet. I love youtube for this reason. I'd never have heard him otherwise.

Thanks for sharing this. I also really love his style. His arrangements seem somewhat simpler, and more accessible, than some of the others players I've seen. I really want to learn this technique of picking out the melody, it just sound so nice... much better than a mediocre voice, like mine.

Glad you're enjoying the find.
I love his choice of songs as well.
Here's a few more of his links for those that haven't gone to his channel
