I've listened to bits of Dylan's last album "Tempest" (released September 2012) on radio, and nothing really gripped me until I heard the title track a few days ago, on a non-commercial radio station.

Commercial broadcasters won't touch this tune, since it's about 14 minutes long.

In recent years, Dylan has done some intricate and elegant musical experiments, top-notch stuff,
but this here thingy is to me ... A MASTERPIECE.

Shout out to Dylan fan Jim (jimcjimc) ! You must have jumped on this album right from the start, right ?

Hey Pierre,

Thanks for the shout out!

I do have Tempest and have listened to it a lot! There are certain artists (Dylan, Van Morrison) that if they release a CD, I will buy it without feeling the need to read the reviews or listen to it. I had been playing Tempest and Van Morrison's latest in my car for months. I finally switched CDs out and my son said good - He was tired of listening to those CDs.

Although, I do have to admit, I never bought the CD of Christmas songs that Dylan released a few years ago. :)
